Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located?
We are based in the United States, in Pflugerville, Texas.
How does shipping work?
- All our products are subjected to a 2-5 business day processing period for 3d printing and packaging before being shipped
- The majority of U.S. orders arrive at their destination about 1 week after the order is placed. Most International orders arrive in 2-3 weeks.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order gets shipped along with a tracking number
Our store policies page has more details about shipping, including customs info for international orders.
What to do when my order is late?
For almost all orders (with the exception of several countries that do not provide it), you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please check the tracking information to see if the package seems to be making progress towards the destination. Post office delays, weather, or customs can delay a shipment but if it seems to be making progress, it will most likely arrive soon.
If it seems to be stuck in a location and hasn't made progress in several business days, contact us! Unfortunately we do not have a way to get the post office to hurry your order, the best we can do is submit a lost package search and that can take several weeks to process. If a package is determined to be lost by the post office, we can offer a refund or re-send it.
What to do if my items arrived damaged or has items missing?
If your package included any damaged items or has missing/incorrect items, please contact us as soon as it arrives so we can help! We'll be happy to send any missing items right away and can replace or provide a refund for damaged items. Please take a photo of any damaged items, this will help with packaging them better next time. If the shipping package was also damaged, please take a photo of that as well.
Do you make the products yourselves?
With a few exceptions (dice and any books), all our items are 3d printed here in our workshop. Most of the designs for the 3d prints are created by other parties such as Fat Dragon Games, or Hero's Hoard and we have licensing rights to print and sell the finished items.
